Imprint Information

• IMPRINT AREAS:
The maximum area of imprint listed on each individual item will be used.

• PERFECT CIRCLES:
May not print at perfect circles that are to be imprinted on curved areas.

• IMPRINT LOCATIONS:
Be specific to the imprint area especially on products that may have more than one area of imprint.

• CAMERA READY ART:
Imprint quality on your order depends upon the artwork supplied. Supply clean camera-ready artwork. Black and white line art on flat paper 600 dpi or higher laser prints at 200% of final size Artwork for multi color imprints: Send black and white color separated art with registration marks for each color Always include a color copy if possible

• DIGITAL ARTWORK:
Most companies use Macintosh Computers. No guarantees from PC formats.

Are a few of the major software programs utilized. To expedite your order, artwork may be sent on a Macintosh formatted 3 1/2" diskette or on 128 MB, JAZ, ZIP, CD-ROM or via our E-Mail. Remember a LASER PRINTOUT of art should be included with your artwork.

• HALFTONES:
If your artwork contains "bleeds" of colors or halftones, please call for further instructions.

• E-MAIL REQUIREMENTS:
A hard copy of artwork must be received prior to sending art via E-Mail. All E-mails sent must include Name, contact, phone number, and Purchase order number.

• ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:
All orders are acknowledged via fax.

• OVER/UNDERUNS:
We reserve the right to ship over or under the quantity ordered. Billing will be done accordingly.

• TERMS:
Net 30 days. 50% deposit on new orders and over $3,000.00. Finance Charges not to exceed 1 1/2% per month will accrue on all past due balance. All payments must be made in U.S. Funds. There is a $50.00 charge for all returned checks.

• CLAIMS:
All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days.

• CANCELLATIONS:
A $50.00 plus the cost of billable work already completed up to time of cancellation.

• COLLECTIONS:
Accounts requiring collection will be liable for all collection costs, including all fees, costs and expenses incurred. There will be no exceptions.

• CREDITS:
Unused credits will be reversed/voided after 12 months.

Authorization & Indemnification

When placing an Order with MGN Promotions, Inc., you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase, and/or distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, etc., identified and/or submitted with your order. You also agree to guarantee, defend and hold harmless MGN Promotions, INC., it's affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses, including attorney fees arising out of or related to an actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright, or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This provision will remain in effect after delivery of your order.
