Production Time

10-15 days service on most products. Some manufacturers can do a 3-day turn around depending on the product, quantity and time of the year. Rush charges may be apply depending on deadline date, product and quantity. However, generally termed "standard service" is 10 working days based on a 5-day work week, (excluding holidays). Production time begins upon receipt of order, workable artwork, credit approval and written approval of proof or overall order. Production time doesn't mean the day the order was received at the manufacturer.

Shipping

Please be specific of deadline date and method of shipping in order to meet your deadline date.

• SHIPPING WEIGHTS / FREIGHT CHARGES:
This is usually an unknown charge. However, we will do our best to come close to quoting approximate charges upon request. Please note: All items quoted do not include shipping charges. Shipping charges will be invoiced after product ships to destination.

• LIABILITY:
All merchandise becomes the customer's property upon delivery by the carrier. Lost shipment claims must be made in writing within 10 days of the ship date. If shipment is damaged you must call MGN Promotions within 24 hours of the delivered shipment.
